At a time when Forbes Magazine reports that only 10% of executives in Mexico are women, MexTax is proud to recognize the appointment of Victoria Carrillo as its Chief Operating Officer for Mexico.
As a COO, Victoria Carrillo will lead and scale the company’s growth and national business operations including sales, marketing, customer success and support as well as new business development. Victoria brings with her years of experience in project management and customer success and support. She began with MexTax as customer success and support services and quickly assumed significantly more responsibilities for the Company, helping it grow to become one of Mexico’s leading Accounting Services and Tax Providers in Mexico. She has proven her ability to operate autonomously with large scope and is known for her empathetic, people-centric leadership approach and deep understanding of customers’ needs and her dedication to building high performing teams.
The Board of Directors is confident in her capabilities of scaling operations to increase from 15 Certified Accountants today to 24 by the end of the Fiscal Year in order to meet the high demand for the Company’s services. She will also support the other executives in undertaking new challenges for the Company including expanded services and Nearshoring Accounting Services for international business.
